Okey-dokey! My first correction! Hope this is helpful (and if you can't read it sorry!)

1) Movement!
For the picture to be believable, there needs to be some sort of movement. Whether it's the curve of the back or the hair, movement is needed!!

2) Direction of Face
The truth is that the pose you chose for this was really strange and alittle difficult don't you think? If you're to use this pose you need to keep in mind that humans are not owls! (unless you want her be like >.>) Make sure that her head turned in a more comfortable way.

3) Again Movement!
Keep in mind of the body's natural movement and shape.
